Return of the Flying Turtles (Revisited)

Not every year will the flying turtles return. Not even every decade. Though they are fearsome creatures whose cry entices men to do all sorts of crazy things, their appearance is a sign of good tidings.

This card is supposed to be linked to the Hermit trump but I have yet to decide how!
